Seeking Advice on Selecting and Installing a Versatile Gun Safe

I'm in the market for a versatile gun safe that can accommodate my firearms and other valuables, such as coins. I am leaning towards a medium-sized safe with a digital lock, due to concerns about possible long-term issues with eyesight and dexterity. While theft is a primary concern for me, fire protection is also important, though flooding is not an issue for my basement location. Given my plan to construct an 8'x8' secure room for the safe, I'd like input on optimum safe sizes that would maximize storage without overwhelming the space. Additionally, how have others successfully transported and installed heavy safes? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences or recommendations for delivery and installation services. Prior experiences with Black Friday deals, especially from stores like Tractor Supply, would also be beneficial in helping me plan the best time to make such a purchase.
