Alternatives to Exfoliating Soaps

I've recently been exploring different soaps and came across Dove's Men+Care line. I've used both the Deep Clean bar and the Extra Fresh bar. The Deep Clean's 'deep cleaning crystals', which I assume are meant to exfoliate, felt a bit off to me. They were gritty like sand and didn't seem to provide a consistent exfoliation experience. I'm curious about others' preferences and experiences with exfoliating soaps. Have you found any particular brand or ingredient that offers a gentle yet effective exfoliation? Do you prefer a different method of exfoliation altogether, like shower gloves or loofahs? I'd love to learn about the alternatives people are using in their daily grooming routine to avoid harsh exfoliants like the one I encountered.

Ever tried oatmeal soaps? Naturally gentle and exfoliating.

I've had a similar experience. Shower gloves or a loofah provide a gentler exfoliation. I've found them more effective than exfoliating soaps.

I had a similar experience with Dove's Deep Clean bar. I switched to a gentle exfoliating scrub. Have you tried any other exfoliating methods?
