I've observed a lot of discussions about whether to use shaving cream, gel, soap, or foam for the most comfortable shave with a cartridge razor. However, I'm starting to wonder how significant our pre-shave routines are in influencing our shaving experience. Personally, I've found that a hot shower and pre-shave cream or oil can make a substantial difference.
