Seeking Durable Electric Shaver for Sparse Facial Hair

I've exclusively used electric razors since I started shaving, specifically Norelco rotary head shavers. My facial hair is limited to my moustache and chin and is quite sparse, which seems common among Asian men. Recently, my Norelco Series 3500 malfunctioned after only two months, and replacement rotary heads extended its life for just over a month. When I power it on with the head closed, it seems something is preventing the blades from spinning. I'm hesitant to continually purchase replacement parts if this issue is persistent. I'm on the lookout for a reliable electric shaver that is suited for someone with my hair growth pattern—ideally, one that doesn't break the bank but still delivers quality and longevity. Do you have any recommendations for electric shavers that are particularly good for minimal facial hair and known for their durability? I'm considering whether to invest in a high-end model or if there are more affordable options that won't compromise on quality. If anyone has experience with this particular model or faces similar issues, your insights would be greatly appreciated.
